Hi Beautiful, I’m Megan; hairstylist, extension educator, and fine-hair enthusiast. For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved the confidence that comes from a really good hair day. Over the years I noticed something wasn't right. Most hair advice, products, and styles were created for thick hair, leaving those of us with fine or thinning hair feeling like our options were limited. That’s why I created Flourish Hair Co. A salon experience designed to help fine-haired guests fall in love with their hair again. Whether it’s a precision cut to maximize volume, dimensional color that adds depth, or extensions so natural you’d swear they grew from your head, my goal is always the same: to help your hair feel as good as it looks. ​ As a fine-haired girl myself, I understand your challenges on a personal level. With certifications in 3 Hair Extension methods, advanced training in color and cutting, and a background in Human Services, I combine technical skill with a gentle, thoughtful approach. Every appointment includes time for conversation, education, and future planning so you leave not just with beautiful hair but with a plan to keep it that way. ​ When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me lakeside with family and friends or curled up with my pup and a good dose of reality TV drama. ​ Your hair is personal.
