2025 Wedding Pricing on location

To reserve your special day & rate a wedding request form/agreement must be filled out, signed and booking fees paid to reserve your big day. Please only serious inquires only. Communication is key and very important to us. If you don't reply back with in a timely manner we will NOT go chasing after you. Which you could then lose your wedding date and another bride could possibly take it.

Payments:

• 1st payment- NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE : 

• Due within 48 hours of your wedding request form/wedding agreement. Will be sent by invoice & needs to be paid within 24 hours to make it official.

   > Hair: (Includes a Trial date) $300

   > Make up: (includes a Trial date) $300

 

If you want both services it is ($600 Total for your booking fee) This reserves your trial dates.

If your wedding is booked with less than 4 weeks notice, trial appointments could be limited based on availability. There is NO price adjustments if you decline a trial. Any weddings booked with less than 4 weeks to your big day your booking fee is 100% of your wedding services due to reserve your date.

 

This will be paid by invoice that will be sent via email/text upon confirming that you want to hire us.

This booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE!

> Please note: Our pricing is based on our time, our talent, our client experience, any traveling to venues and is non-negotiable. We understand we won't be in everyone's wedding budget. However hiring a dedicated team to make your day amazing is priceless.

Early Call Times, Sunday/Monday weddings, Stylists/Artist Bdays, Holidays & Holiday Weekends:

Any wedding services that need be performed before 8am will have a early call time fee of $250 per stylist/artist

Any wedding services that are on a Sunday/Monday, a stylists bday, on a major holiday or a holiday weekend will have a $250 fee per stylist/artist

Final payment- Final balance:

Due 45 days before wedding date. Balance due will be paid by invoice will be sent to you via email or an automatic payment will be charged 45 days before wedding date per our wedding agreement.

Travel Fees: 

$250 per stylist/per artist for us to travel to your location on day of wedding. 

Are only applied when we travel to you on location.

Weddings where we have to change locations to finish services will have an additional travel fee $50 per stylist to accommodate your needs. 

> If you would like to come to Salon Au location then the travel fee doesn't apply to your wedding balance.

Destination Weddings:

We would love to be considered of your destination weddings. Each location can be used for travel trades which would include but not limited to: Hotel Stay ( 2 days before wedding & 2 days after wedding for a total of 5 days) any Ubers to and from location, and a $50 food allowance towards each stylist per day. Each situation can be a case by case basis and will be a signed agreement with booking travel trades to make it official.

Wedding Agreement:

A wedding form/agreement will be required to be signed & booking fee paid within 48 hours of contact & confirming of hiring The Golden Weddings Team in order to officially reserve your wedding date. Non payment means your wedding date could be available to another bride at first come first serve basis. I will only follow up 1x so if I don't hear from you in a timely manner I will open up that date to the next bride.
