Shadow Success Standards:

ARRIVE ON TIME

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled shadow time. We do shadow days Wednesday -- Saturday's

 

PROFESSIONAL DRESS

Our dress code is business casual. We love to express our individual styles while looking professional. Jeans, dress pants, skirts, dresses, blouses, tunics, and all colors, fabrics, and prints are allowed.

PRIORITIZE GUESTS

In order for us to prioritize the guest experience, our focus is on the guest when they are in our chair. If observing in the aisles, please check for guests that may need to walk through. When we are free we love to answer questions that come up for you.

WARM & FRIENDLY COMMUNICATION

If you see a guest or team member, please smile and be kind. Thank you for representing our brand well when you are in our salon.
